Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tech Cheller (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The following Terms of Use govern your use of the website techcheller.com (the “Service”). By accessing or viewing the content, or using the services, or features available on or through the Service, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

However, by sharing or submitting it, you agree to grant Tech Cheller a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to utilize, distribute, display, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, and perform such content in connection with the Service.

Tech Cheller demands that you post relevant User-Generated Content, as you would be accountable for any consequences or damage caused by it. You represent and agree to own the necessary rights to any content submitted by you, and that such content does not infringe on the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party.

At any time and for any crucial reason without notice, Tech Cheller has the right, but not the obligation, to edit, screen, monitor, or remove any User-Generated Content.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (II) THE SERVICE WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR  (III) THE SERVICE WILL BE TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED,  ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECH CHELLER, ITS STAFF, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA, USAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, INCURED FROM (I) YOUR USE OF OR ABILITY OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR TRANSMISSIONS; OR (III) ANY PRACTICE OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY ON THE SERVICE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Dallas County, Texas, for any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service.

Changes to the Terms of Use

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to effect changes or replace these Terms at any given time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms, which may be effective if a revision is material. We are fully responsible for determining what constitutes a material change. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of the Terms. Upon termination, we will promptly cease your right to access or use the Service.
